Ten dollars a year may eliminate 99 percent of the BS, but it may also eliminate about 90 percent of the users. Let's face it...people as a group are cheap bastards. There are people who won't even cough up $20 a year to maintain their own web domain. I agree $10 is cheap, but once people see those dollar signs, I guarantee you will lose a lot of members, both current and potential.

Also, if you need site modifications, I may be able to help. I have some moderate skills in web design (and I can use Dreamweaver), so if you need someone to pretty up the site, I'd be happy to try and help (I don't need to be paid, so don't worry).
