Sterilization Procedures / Feedback / Recommendations?

If anybody has any feedback and/or recommendations about sterilization procedures (i.e. vasectomy, essure, tubes tied, etc), please feel free to post it here.

For example, many guys wonder what its REALLY like to have a vasectomy. This would be the place to say why you should, should not, how the procedure went, scars, etc.
