Need advice on this whole online dating thing.

I don't know what to do about this whole dating thing. I don't drive and 97% of women don't want to date me because of that. Also, after getting past that and telling them that I have bipolar disorder and such they don't talk to me after that. Usually I tell them that because they ask what I do for a living and my income is from social security disability. And then there's this I don't want kids thing. There's only 16 women total in my state on this site and most of them haven't been on this site in years. How should I go about presenting myself? Should I look in other states or maybe even countries? I don't drive and so it can be hard to relocate and I don't know if she would be willing to relocate to my area if it all works out. I don't know how to get past a few emails after I say about me in what I mentioned in the first couple of sentences. How can I get a woman to even consider dating me?
