I'm all for it... as long as they don't exhale in my presence, and don't suck up health care resources when they develop lung cancer from their habit.
I'm also all for legalizing drugs (just as alcahol and tobacco are legal... regulate it and tax it and let those who are destined to kill themselves DO SO as long as they do it in their own homes and not on the highway or at work!).
One problem with our society as I see it is that it's designed to insure the survival of the unfittess amongst us. Why is that? If you're stupid enough to drink anti-freeze or shoot up with meth (for examples), then you get what you deserve and good riddance to bad rubbish! We do not have a shortage of Homo-Sapiens on this planet for pete's sake!
