Well you may not be able to grow any younger, but the rest is your choice. Move more, eat less... America has an obesity problem, you're contributing to it! In 6 months you CAN re-make yourself if YOU want to... it's not everybody else's fault if you are satisfied with the way you are.

The 2nd best thing a woman can do to improve her chances at love is to get fitter IMHO. Not having children with Mr. Wrong being the #1 thing, of course.
