Let's not nickel-and-dime anyone who chooses to spawn. Yes, I agree that couples don't realize how costly it is to raise kids. However, it isn't much of an argument to say that it's cheaper to stay child-free. ESPECIALLY with all of the NY State tax deductionsfor kids, etc. y choice is not one of cost, but of preference. I like the freedom of being without kin.
