My initial post on the discussion board was just to see if there were ANY prospects that were kind of local for me. It's never a problem to travel if the guy has potential. Believe me, I've done the travel thing. I started seeing a guy up in New Paltz. But with traffic, the drive SUCKED. And to top it off he was divorced. With kids. When I first met him as he lived on Long Island, he assured me that he had the kid situation "in check". But then as I drove 130 miles to see him upstate, he was less of a gentleman. And the kid thing wasn't in check. Because the ex-wife kept swapping weekends then it would be a good 3 or 4 weeks until I'd have an opportunity for alone time. No thank you.
