The only free resource I can think of is Craigslist, but you can only post in one location at a time, and you can't cross post the same identical message, so it's probably only good to if you want to attract more people who are local to you...which is not a bad idea.

Other than that maybe you could find other groups (like on Yahoo) that are childfree and see if it's okay to post this site there.
